Bookings & Availability

How do I book accommodation?
You can book directly through our online booking system, powered by RMS Cloud, or contact our team for tailored enterprise bookings. If you’re managing accommodation for a large team, visit our Enterprise Bookings page for more details.

Is there a minimum stay period?
Minimum stay requirements may vary depending on the property and project. Most of our accommodation is designed for medium to long-term stays — please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Can I book multiple properties at once?
Yes. We regularly accommodate teams of all sizes and can arrange multiple homes or villas within the same area to suit your workforce.

Are utilities and services included?
Yes — all Workstays properties include electricity, water, internet, garden maintenance, and weekly cleaning with linen changes.

 

During Your Stay

Who do I contact if there’s an issue with the property?
Each booking includes access to a dedicated Workstays representative who manages maintenance and support. You’ll receive contact details when your booking is confirmed.

Is housekeeping included?
Yes. Weekly cleaning and linen change services are included in all stays, ensuring your accommodation remains clean and comfortable.

Can guests bring family or visitors?
Some properties are suitable for families or visiting guests. Please confirm this at the time of booking so we can allocate the right accommodation.

Do you offer long-term or project-based contracts?
Absolutely. We provide flexible leasing options for corporate and project clients — from short-term assignments to multi-year housing agreements.

Can you manage multiple locations for one company?
Yes. We work with enterprise clients across multiple regions and can centralise invoicing, reporting, and management for your convenience.

Do you partner with developers or housing providers?
Yes — through our partnership with Green Timber Technology, we support the development and management of permanent workforce housing that benefits local communities.

What is your cancellation policy?

Is there after-hours support?
Yes. For urgent maintenance or booking issues outside business hours, contact your assigned Workstays representative or our after-hours support line.
